CHOICE OF SERVICES
**** 4 Star Service: Drop off to your event. Food will be delivered hot and ready to serve in disposable hotel pans. The buffet table and all serving utensils are to be supplied by the contracting party. Fee is dependent on mileage.

***** 5 Star Service: "The Works!" Rodeo Daddy's BBQ will provide the buffet table (if needed), serving utensils, chaffing and sterno to keep the food warm during the serving period, set up, and clean up of buffet table and preparation and buffet attendants to serve your guests. Leftovers will be wrapped in disposable containers for you to take home. Two servers, one cook.

Price for this service option is $25.00 per server per hour. For parties up to 75 guests, Rodeo Daddy's BBQ requires at least two servers for a minimum of three hours each (one hour each for set up, serving, and clean up.) An additional server, at $25.00 per hour, will be required for parties with more than 75 guests, parties with longer serving time.

Gratuity (15%) will be added to final payment due on the day of the event.
